Good question. The option to partial explain a conference without an exact schedule may be possible by describing classes and activities that are independent of region and year like basic training, worship service, and games. If someone is new and unfamiliar, basic training is more relevant for them. The agenda for past conferences/worshops might be a close example, if they were retained.
